The cruising to traditional place in Tokyo

A memory of sunset cruising.

It seems I’m jumping on my BF’s boat although it was mine and I was a captain.

On that day, I invited my Hongkongnian friends, Daniel and his friend, and a Japanese friend, Haru, who knows them. I and Haru met Daniel in Valencia, Spain when we went to La Tomatina.

I wanted them to feel the Japanese traditional style so I and Haru gave Yukata and they wore it on the boat.

At first, we were going to watch the Fireworks on the Sumida River, however, the sunset of that day was amazing!!!!
Suddenly, we stopped going then started watching the sunset.
The place is my best view in Tokyo, which can go by private boat only. Ferries don’t run here, I feel here is a special place, and it gives a beautiful sunset sometimes.

When we checked the time, the fireworks had been started already…
(Certainly, we went to the fireworks at last but I was a captain who was busy driving the boat. On the fireworks day, there are too many boats on the river so I didn’t take any photos of the fireworks.)
